CraneMaster

The CraneMaster standard version is a loading/unloading sheet metal automation solution designed to simultaneously load new material and unload cut parts for smooth production and enhanced efficiency.
There are two available versions with air suction cups at either the top or bottom of the system. Thanks to its highly efficient cycle time, the CraneMaster contributes to the overall cost-effectiveness of the manufacturing process and is recommended for companies with medium to high volume production.

CraneMasterLinear

The CraneMasterLinear is Eagle’s most efficient laser cutting automation system. It simultaneously loads new material and unloads cut parts, ensuring enhanced machine efficiency and maximum operational flexibility.
Equipped with two movable pallets, the system offers unrestricted vertical movement and can position materials at any point within the structure—delivering unmatched flexibility.
The CraneMasterLinear can be configured to lift and place metal sheets on either the left or right side of the laser shuttle table, making it ideal for manufacturers with high production volumes.

CraneMasterExtended

The CraneMasterExtended is a high-performance loading/unloading system designed to meet the demands of flexible hall layouts. It retains all the key features of the original CraneMaster. In this version, the system is elongated alongside the laser cutter, enabling smart adaptation to specific space requirements. It allows for efficient positioning of loading and unloading stations depending on the production environment. The CraneMasterExtended is the ideal sheet metal automation solution for manufacturers seeking maximum productivity and layout flexibility.

CraneMasterLinearExtended

The CraneMasterLinearExtended features two independent hoists—top and bottom—that enable efficient vertical sheet transfer with full operational flexibility. In its linear configuration, both hoists move horizontally along tracks integrated into the frame. This setup allows for metal sheet loading and unloading on either the left or right side of the table, while the second station is positioned along the length of the machine—offering a smart alternative for specific layout requirements. It is ideal for laser cutting manufacturers seeking high-performance material handling with flexible station positioning to accommodate a wide range of production hall configurations.

CraneMasterExtendedCross

The CraneMasterExtendedCross ensures efficient material handling while offering high configurability and operational flexibility. When connected to a storage tower, the system runs with fixed movement directions—such as the lower hoist moving along the machine axis and the upper hoist traveling horizontally—for seamless integration with storage. In standalone mode, both hoists can switch movement directions freely, adapting to different hall layouts. The system comes with suction cups mounted on either the upper or lower hoist. It’s an ideal laser cutting automation system for manufacturers who need extended functionality and a flexible setup to evolve with their production demands.
