MyE2DROP is an advanced extension of the MyEDROP system, designed to further optimize production by enabling parallel workflows and reducing machine downtime. By moving remnant processing to an external pallet, it allows operators to prepare new parts while cutting operations continue uninterrupted inside the machine.
A second camera provides a live view of the external pallet, enabling the operator to position, rotate, and place parts on leftover material using the same intuitive interface as MyEDROP. This setup ensures accurate placement and efficient use of residual sheets without interrupting the active cutting process.
By separating preparation from cutting, MyE2DROP allows both processes to run simultaneously. While one job is being executed inside the machine, the next part can already be planned and positioned outside, ready to be cut as soon as the machine becomes available.
This parallel workflow significantly reduces idle time between jobs, improves machine utilization, and increases overall productivity, making MyE2DROP an ideal solution for high-efficiency production environments.
