MyEFLY is an advanced cutting technology designed to maintain constant cutting speed by eliminating the need to stop for piercing. Instead of the traditional stop–pierce–move cycle, the machine pierces the material “on the fly,” allowing for uninterrupted motion throughout the cutting process.

During operation, the cutting head continues moving along the programmed path, activating the laser beam over cutting lines and switching it off while passing over contours. This synchronized motion enables precise piercing without slowing down, preserving cutting speed and improving overall efficiency.

MyEFLY is particularly effective for repetitive patterns on thin materials, where frequent piercing would otherwise increase cycle time. By maintaining continuous movement, it significantly reduces production time and enhances throughput, making it ideal for high-volume applications.
